Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL), is a product of MicroAire Surgical Instruments. The Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) device is an innovative technology for body sculpting. The LipoSculptor™ is an excellent method for fat removal, allowing surgeons the precision and ease of use for lipolysis procedures. MicroAire's PAL® LipoSculptor™ is the only US-patented liposuction instrument that utilizes reciprocating motion (rather than rotation) to facilitate the movement and use of cannulas, while removing fat and sculpting the tissue. The LipoSculptor™ helps reduce the amount of manual force and physical effort required to perform liposuction and lipoplasty procedures, especially in and around areas with fibrous tissue. The PAL LipoSculptor™ results in a more comfortable experience for both the surgeon and the patient.

Unlike ultrasonic and laser lipoplasty devices, the PAL® LipoSculptor™ does not use heat, reducing concerns for occasional and accidental burning that can occur with other systems.
